Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition & HRBP Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be a hybrid position, requiring a strong understanding and hands-on experience in both HR operations and full-cycle talent acquisition, with a particular focus on IT hiring.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for various roles, with a strong emphasis on IT positions (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, etc.)
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Drive successful hiring outcomes by effectively managing the stakeholder experience, ensuring clear communication and alignment between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Technical Assessments: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and administer technical assessments and coding challenges to evaluate candidate skills
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.

HRBP:


  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Designing programs and initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity. Aligning engagement strategies with the organization's overall goals and culture.
  • HR Information System (HRIS) Management: Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships through consistent, transparent communication, and by acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees.
  • Performance Management: Assist with the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR reports and analytics to track key metrics and identify trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success in both areas.
  • Strong experience in IT hiring, including sourcing, screening, and assessing technical talent.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
