Job Title: Event Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire venue operations for fashion and lifestyle exhibitions across India.
• Assist in the finalization of venue décor, layout, and design to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with vendors for stall fabrication, ensuring they align with event standards and exhibitor requirements.
• Handle payment collections from all exhibitors, ensuring all transactions are completed timely.
• Ensure that all venue logistics, such as signage, fascia, lighting, and technical requirements, are executed to meet event standards.
• Provide on-ground assistance to exhibitors to address any issues related to their stalls and ensure a seamless experience.
• Supervise all activities on the event day, ensuring timely set-up and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, specifically in managing venue operations for exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to travel across India as required to oversee venue operations for different exhibitions.
