Event Coordinator

Property Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai (Andheri).

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in event coordination is a plus
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Coordinate between clients and partners to make sure confirmed events are executed smoothly
• Executing administrative task like invoicing
• Manage all event logistics, including venue booking, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• End to end coordination/follow ups pre and post events; Handle on-site troubleshooting and ensure events run smoothly from start to finish
• Draft event materials such as invitations, agendas, and signage
• Collect feedback from attendees/clients; Compile impact decks using the feedback, photos, videos and bytes from the clients and share the impact decks with internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate the success of each event and identify areas for improvement
• Provide detailed reports/MIS on event outcomes, including budget reconciliation.
