Gender: Female

working days -6 days /Sunday fixed off

Job Description: -

• To provide receptionist and front office duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
• Travel Bookings (International & Domestics).
• Admin & Facility Management.
• Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution.
• Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.
• Assisting international guest if any
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
• Respond to emails and office correspondence.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail (couriers)
• Assist in resolving clients' issues and complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

• Any Graduation or Diploma in Hospitality / Aviation / Travel
• Good command over English - Verbal & Written
• Computer Proficiency (Ms. Office / Outlook / Mail drafting)
• Relevant experience about 3-5 years in similar profile
