Events Manager (Surat Local Candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Coordination:
   
• Conceptualize and organize property launch events, open houses, and other marketing events aimed at attracting potential buyers and investors.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand the objectives of each event.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, transportation, and any other event-related services.
• Ensure the execution of events runs smoothly from beginning to end, including setup and breakdown.
2. Vendor Management:
   
• Identify and manage relationships with vendors, including event venues, caterers, decorators, and technology providers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage event budgets.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
   
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
• Coordinate with real estate agents, developers, and contractors to align on event objectives and deliverables.
• Handle guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups with prospective clients, investors, and stakeholders.
4. Marketing & Promotion:
   
• Assist the marketing team in promoting events through various channels, including email, social media, and real estate platforms.
• Develop event-specific collateral (invitations, flyers, banners) that align with brand standards.
• Track and report on event performance, including attendance and ROI.
5. Event Execution:
   
• Oversee day-of event operations, ensuring all activities are on schedule and executed as planned.
• Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring all team members are clear on roles and responsibilities.
• Provide post-event feedback and analysis to improve future events.
6. Budget Management:
   
• Track event expenditures and ensure events are executed within budget.
• Monitor and provide regular reports on event spend.
