Position: Operations Manager

CTC: 3.6 LPA

Location: Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad

Role & Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination:

• Oversee end-to-end event operations, including logistics, setup, and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.

Vendor Management:

• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Budget Management:

• Plan and manage event budgets effectively.
• Track expenses and provide regular budget updates.

Logistics & Execution:

• Manage venue selection, setup, and teardown logistics.
• Ensure all event elements are delivered according to plan, including audiovisuals, seating, and branding.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure events comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.

Team Management:

• Lead a team of event coordinators, technicians, and support staff.
• Assign tasks and oversee on-ground operations.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of event plans, budgets, and outcomes.
• Prepare post-event reports and feedback analyses.

Client Communication:

• Act as the operational point of contact for clients during events.
• Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in event management, activations, or experiential marketing.
• Prior experience in handling corporate events, exhibitions, or BTL activations.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
