Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Business Management

  • Achieve G.O.P. as per budget.
  • Ensure business growth as per plans through cross-selling
  • Ensure debtors days are met as per set objectives
  • Achieve financial targets set for each site
  • Manage site operations with the assistance of site team
  • Identify operational issues and take pre-emptive measures
  • Ensure business continuity plans for sites and also ensure all facility teams in the region implement HSE (health, safety, and environmental) processes
  • Work towards delivering Operational excellence standards across sites
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts by keeping a track of date of expiry.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data for payroll processing
  • Ensure all fixed assets and equipment are maintained well and prepare regular and accurate physical inventories.
  • Maintain & provide weekly, monthly and annual MIS.
  • Monitor & control attrition and absenteeism at site
  • Responsible for right manning at each site

Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure client retention of more than 98% by ensuring service quality as per agreements and by client engagement
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key external stakeholders like clients and vendor
  • Resolve complaints and issues of clients and vendors
  • Gather constant feedback from the client and improve in areas where required.

People Management

  • Develop & train teams to ensure capability building for business continuity
  • Engage & motivate team to ensure maximum productivity & better output.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with the team. Assess progress and make course corrections
  • Ensure resolution of issues by collaboration with internal departments like HR, Finance, Audit, Procurement teams
  • Plan & ensure implementation of employee engagement programs at sites

Governance

  • Ensure statutory compliance is maintained at the desired levels.
