Program Organiser

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event and Program Coordinator to manage Learning programs and workshops efficiently. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end planning and execution, handle ground operations, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless coordination across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Event/Workshop Management & Operations:

• End to end planning and organization of learning programs and workshops.
• Coordinate for all logistics, including venue booking, setup, and on-site support.
• Ensure timely execution of programs and workshops.
• Happily manage on-ground arrangements such as registrations, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure creation of event invitations, programs, and marketing collaterals for each program.

Data and Process Management:

• Manage attendee data, event metrics, and related documentation.
• Develop event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
• Manage contracts and invoicing process
• Use tools and follow systematic tracking, analyzing, and reporting of Programs.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with all parties to address requirements and expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong organizational and on-ground program management skills.
2. Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
4. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event management platforms.
5. Prior experience in event management, program coordination, or workshop planning is a big plus.
