AM/Senior Executive-Event Operations

Job Title : AM to Senior Executive- Events Ops (MICE/Corporate Group Events)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, manage and coordinate various types of events, MICE Movements
• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, F & B, Logistics, transportation, etc.)
• Do Event and MICE Budget Planning
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, etc.
• Maintain close communication between the team and management
• Looking for an excellent communicator’ go-getter for planning, coordinating and executing events.
• Managing event logistics including venue, food, branding, decor, technology etc.
• Planning financials for the event, including budget, vendors and expenses.
• Coordinating with vendors, including but not limited to: photography, catering, printing, procurements, technical support etc.
• Project Management for extensive planning and timely execution.
• Community building.
• Reaching out to people through email and other social media platforms for participation
• Documentation of all events in active coordination with relevant stakeholders, including vendors, local partners, media, etc.
