Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Event and Training Management: Organize and oversee company events, gatherings, and training sessions.

2. Content Marketing and Brand Communications: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, particularly on social media. Craft compelling copy for employee communications and brand messaging.

3. Podcast Management: Transcribe podcasts, oversee editing, and ensure the timely release of high-quality episodes.

4. Graphic Design Oversight: Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing graphics for various communications.

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

6. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment through proactive initiatives and communication.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Exposure in People and Culture, with good-to-have Mass Communications, Brand Communications.
  • Proven experience in organizing employee/ customer events, trainings, planning for and creating content, managing podcasts etc.
  • Proficiency in content marketing and social media management.
  • Strong vendor and internal stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Extroverted, friendly, with an outgoing nature are necessary for succeeding in this role.
  • Understanding of software development and release cycles in a tech environment.
  • Hustler and go-getter attitude with a "can-do/will-make-it-happen" mindset.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in tech/ software companies with strong people-oriented roles.

2. Editing, transcribing, hosting podcasts/ events, writing and presentation skills will be preferred.

3.Social Media Management skills especially Instagram/ FB, LinkedIn and YouTube.
