Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the Head of Compensation & Benefits in managing and optimizing our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a focus on transactional tasks to ensure efficient and accurate administration of compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Compensation & Benefits in the strategic planning and execution of compensation and benefits programs.
- Process and manage complex employee benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, carrying out changes in the employee master on account of any changes in compensation
- Conduct regular audits of benefits and compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive benefits and compensation communications to employees, Generate Increment / Promotion letters.
- Respond to and resolve complex employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and advanced Excel functions.
- Extensive experience with HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication skills to convey policies and benefits to employees.
