About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Construction Chemicals division.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial/B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of construction chemicals, adhesives, coatings, waterproofing, or related building materials.
- This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand positioning, and generating demand among key stakeholders such as contractors, builders, architects, and infrastructure companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Product Positioning & Branding: Work closely with the product and sales teams to position construction chemical products effectively in the market.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn), trade shows, and print media.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop targeted campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality B2B leads.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical teams to create compelling marketing materials and value propositions.
- Channel & Distributor Marketing: Support marketing initiatives for distributors, applicators, and channel partners.
- Content & Collateral Development: Create brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations for technical and commercial audiences.
- Event & Trade Show Management: Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products and engage with potential clients.
- ROI Measurement & Analytics: Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Key Requisites;
- 4 + years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing, or building materials.
- Strong understanding of construction industry trends and stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to develop technical marketing content and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
