Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

- Guide the team in creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and estimating story points.

- Remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.

- Track and report on team progress and sprint burndown.

- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum values and principles.

- Coordinate and manage multiple Scrum teams across different projects.

- Track program progress and identify potential risks and issues.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment between program goals and individual team objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement within the development process.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Continuously evaluate and refine Scrum processes within the organization.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
