Marketing Lead - Mumbai


- A leading paint manufacturer offering high-quality decorative and industrial paints, the brand is known for its innovative approach to color selection and fair pricing. Focused on customer satisfaction, it aims to transform spaces with beautiful, durable, and responsible solutions.

- As a pivotal member of our Marketing team, you will lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness and establishing the company as a leader in the industry by leveraging the power of influencers to reach and engage with our target audience effectively.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the decorative paints, construction materials, or related ancillary industries.

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to promote the company's offerings.

- Develop and oversee influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, market trends, and target audience preferences.

- Identify and collaborate with influencers, including architects, interior designers, engineers, and other key opinion leaders in relevant industries.

- Work closely with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that resonates with the target audience while maintaining brand integrity.

- Leverage both on-ground and digital platforms to design and launch impactful influencer marketing campaigns.

Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers to foster ongoing partnerships.

- Act as a liaison between the company and influencers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

- Engage with channel partners, such as dealers and contractors, to gather insights and feedback on influencer-driven initiatives and their market impact.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.

- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data to enhance future campaigns.

- Maintain detailed reports and presentations on campaign metrics, ROI, and audience engagement using tools like Excel or other relevant software.

Skills:

- Strong ability to identify and interpret market trends and competition updates to inform strategy.

- Creative and detail-oriented mindset for developing impactful influencer marketing strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel, for monitoring campaign performance and deriving insights.

- Flexible and proactive approach to exploring various strategic options in a dynamic market environment.
