Job Summary :
As performance marketing lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for all aspects of performance marketing from campaign planning, implementation to monitoring and reporting. You will be responsible for driving new user acquisition while ensuring profitable growth.
You will report to the Head of D2C Business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies and lead end to end implementation across multiple channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaigns and customer behavior to identify trends and derive insight to maximize ROI and achieve business goals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including content, design and product teams to improve customer experience on and off platform.
- Build the required reporting framework to monitor performance, analyze campaign efficacies and optimize to achieve targets.
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a proven track record of driving growth. Experience in D2C ecommerce is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Facebook and Google Ads suite along with GA4, Appsflyer and other tracking & automation tools
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in the industry.
