Purpose of the Role:
This role is responsible for designing and implementing compensation structures, guiding HR partners and managers, supporting the Business Scorecard (BSC) process, and collaborating with senior leadership. It ensures compensation decisions align with business objectives and industry standards through regular benchmarking. The role also oversees compensation, benefits, performance, and welfare policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy & Implementation: Develop competitive pay structures, conduct market benchmarking, and administer salary revisions and incentives.
- Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Performance Management: Implement a Performance Management System, linking performance evaluations with compensation strategies.
- Business Scorecard (BSC) Process: Lead BSC initiatives to align KPIs with compensation and business objectives.
- Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Analyze industry data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Develop policies ensuring adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.
- Data Management & Reporting: Provide insights through analytics on pay equity, benchmarking, and program utilization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for employee queries and collaborate with HR partners.
- Process Improvement & HR Technology: Optimize compensation and benefits processes using HR technology and automation.
