Location: Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities:
- Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies
- Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization
- Consultant and advisor to management on aspects of Compensation and Benefits
- Provide insights into creation of compensation strategy for the organization from hiring to retention
- POC as SME to support business from a philosophy and guidance point of view - Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
- Knowledge and understanding of Indian markets
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
- Drive annual compensation review processes
- Review and approve retention proposals
- Compensation Analytics for effective decision making on strategies
- work on regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the comp budget
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness - Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
- Develop expertise in reward issues and act as a trusted adviser and counsel to the business and HRBPs .
- Partner in Design/develop/implementation of total rewards policies, processes and documentation to maintain alignment with the current and future HR and business strategy and to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Increase stakeholder confidence in market benchmarking process.
- Manage the Performance Pay and Talent Review process within INDUS. Leverage analytical support and deliver business as usual compensation support timely and flawlessly
- Support in Implementation of INDUS performance and retention initiatives in INDUS.
- Development/Implement measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of C&B initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure their engagement and sponsorship of the firm's reward philosophy.

- Design / implement communication materials to promote understanding of Total Reward principles.
- Negotiate and recommend Service Level Agreements with the INDUS's external vendors (e.g. service providers, benefits consultants) to secure service and agree budgets. Monitor the performance of the vendors and provide inputs and recommendations on the renewal of the service.
- Review and govern the Talent acquisition offers in line with hiring bands/ ranges approvals.
- Handle any ad hoc assignment.
- Network with counter parts in the industry and gather market Intelligence.
Qualification & Skills:
- A graduate ideally with a further professional qualification (e.g. accountancy, Personnel Management, benefits).
- Proven track record with extensive experience in or exposure to Reward.
- Facilitation, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Experience of project management and execution with the line
- Conversant with local legal regulatory environment
- At least 7-10 years experience working C&B / HR environment.
