- Experience in C&B analytics
- Strong in analysis of compensation data and providing insights
- Analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics about jobs, compensation and benefits.
- Expertise in advanced excel and handling large volume of data
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Report on key recruiting metrics like hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, Incentive analytics etc
- Forecast HR costs by department and help create budgets. Take part in Annual HR budget Planning
- Reviewing employee and candidate data for various analysis
- Prepare Monthly HR Dashboard and Monthly comp analytics
- Compensation Benchmarking vs market & revision of hiring ranges for employees at different levels.
- Support in Annual Salary Review, Annual Incentives and Salary review communication
- Employee Benefits Benchmarking benefits against industry
- Strategising and improvising Employee benefit programs.
