Summary:As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide functional, technical, or administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience. Your typical day will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.

Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.

Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Experience with network monitoring and performance optimization.

Familiarity with network hardware and software components.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A Graduation is required.
