You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your typical day will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Assist customers in resolving their issues and answering their queries.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related problems.

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Familiarity with network hardware and software components.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
