Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Just be honest and I literally mean it.
Those people are much much much experienced.

1) If they ask you why did you choose your graduation field then just tell the honest answer. Never lie to them or else they will ask you many questions from your graduation field and plenty of them to justify its relevancy with bank.

In my case I told that time it was my parents who took this decision considering Smart India Mission was on a roll and was good opportunity for civil engineering but later by the years as my cognitive thinking developed, I realised there were better options with a good pay that matches my skills.

See its true. Banking is rarely the first option for any aspirant during his initial days but accept it that banking welcomes you and provide you with good pay and opportunities apart from working for the people.

Be honest about it and the interview panel will understand and appreciate it because they all went through it and second thing the eligibility criteria is open to all otherwise they would have only gone for commerce students.

Remember the qualities of a banker-
a) Be honest (to your staff, to the customers, etc.)
b) Have a presence of mind
c) Be neutral (this can be known by the fact they'll ask you some controversial topics like Ukraine-Russia conflict, Sri lanka bankruptcy, etc). Tell them your answer but keeping in mind that you have to dodge the blame game.
d) Be confident while answering
e) Don't lie if you do not the know answer just tell them politely but do not do a guesswork because it will show that as a banker you may lie in future.

See all these questions are to check the certain qualities along with your courteousness and perseverance.

All the best to all. If there are more questions related to syllabus or interview related, feel free to msg on instagram- yash.sinha23

Thank you all and best of luck👍🏼
