Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They follow a certain pattern of question like a robot will ask you and the interviewers are really pathetic. The interviewers do not have the coordination amongst themselves. One interview is asking and then the other interview jumps with another questions and then the 1st interviewer again jumps with other question. Seems like they were competing amongst themselves like kids that I’ll ask 1st and bla bla. Very rude and unprofessional interviewers

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
