Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The culture of this company does not seem correct. They look forward for employees whom they can suppress and harass. The Finance Director said that my background was not good because I have high ranking people like CFOs of MNCs and High Ranking defence personnel in my family even when the manager was highly impressed in the technical and one on one round. Whereas, I was appreciated and selected with minimum efforts everywhere in good companies like Accenture, EY and Bain during the same month, Ticketmaster is the only company where they seek people who have no backing in order to harass and suppress them or possibly they have something to hide from defence personnel.
