Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not join this company, even if it's the last option for you. You can't even get a single move as a learning exposure.
There's no proper training session with this company. Even no proper management.
Even if they put you on probation and you'll remain in probation after the period itself. There's no clarification from them.
Everyone will degrade you to leave the job and no one will help you as they think that you'll take their place. They just have such a worst thinking.
Higher management is just making this company a hollow. Lots of fraud and useless workings are being done. New joinees will just sit idle because they don't have work and even no one will tell them either to do so.
If I talk about salary then it's too low. You can negotiate properly for the salary.
Working environment is just nothing. Old people works here with no proper training. They're doing the same work since too long that they don't know the actual workings and concepts behind those works.
No other benefits or accomodation you can think about from this company.
One liner- If you want to grow and learn then don't join this company.
