We are a leading business specializing in turnkey projects for ash handling and coal handling. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, efficient solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team
1. Accounts and Finance:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Treasury operations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Preparation of Balance Sheet:
- Prepare and present the balance sheet and other financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
3. Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage the company's budgeting process.
- Implement cost control measures to improve financial performance.
4. Managing Site Accounts:
-Oversee the management of site accounts, including checking and booking transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial activities at project sites.
5. Monitoring Billing:
- Monitor and manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies and issues promptly.
6. Tax Matters:
- Manage all tax-related matters, including compliance, planning, and reporting.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as needed.
7. Commercial, Contracts, and Claims:
- Provide financial expertise on commercial matters, contracts, and claims.
- Ensure all financial aspects of contracts and claims are accurately managed.
8. Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutions:
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Raise capital and manage financing activities to support company growth.
9. Corporate Restructuring and Risk Mitigation:
- Lead corporate restructuring initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial health.
10. Financial Planning:
- Develop long-term financial plans aligned with the companys strategic goals.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
11. ESOPS

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of financial management, commercial contracts, and claims.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
