Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The complete interview rounds was happening for 5 months from July to December and suddenly after finishing all the rounds the HR came to me saying that they have dissolved the position. I had to forgo a lot of other interviews in the mean time as I was literally told by the HR that all rounds are completed. If there wasn't any clarity about the position why did they waste time of a candidate and didn't even select. Very very disappointed by the whole team and I am never going to apply to this organisation ever.

"Hi everyone, I have a 90-day notice period and actively seeking new job opportunities. However, I haven't received any interview calls yet due to this notice period. I would appreciate any advice on how to navigate this situation. Additionally, if I update my profile to indicate that I am serving my notice period (even though I’m not), how should I handle questions regarding this during interviews?
