Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - After a great fiirst round interview, was told I made it through to the next round and would be contacted to schedule. Crickets. 7+ weeks later, still nothing with application in "in consideration" status. Left hanging. ZERO contact from anyone. Disappointed, because I was stoked about the job and the possibility of working there. They wasted an opportunity at an engaged employee who would have been thrilled to work there. Disappointed at the less than truthful interviewer who told me I was through to the 2nd round. Disappointed at the mortifying lack of communication. Disappointed at the lack of recruiting stewardship in smugly leaving an application in "in consideration" for almost 8 weeks.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Strange company with outsourced recruiters who know nothing about the jobs, yet are performing 1st round phone screenings. If it goes well, you are told you made it through to the next round for in-person interviews and will be contacted shortly. BUT you actually hear nothing from anyone for weeks to months while your application status languishes "in consideration." What an exquisitely ignorant and demoralizing way to be treated as a candidate who had genuinely been thrilled at the opportunity
