This role will interact and partner with: Manufacturing, Operations and Plant Quality Assurance Quality and Regulatory Compliance Technical and professional employees within Global RD Procurement Marketing Engineering External Vendors

New product projects execution Product, process improvements Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial areas to develop new ideas Provide support to QA and Production functions Interaction with Vendors and suppliers Share information with RD
Dimensions:
Responsible for coordinating activities necessary to take new and existing products from conceptualization through commercialization working with project constraints of time, target and budget. And other projects related with key international market. Deliver RD plans and strategies in support of company objectives
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
Dairy Technolgy or graduate in dairy is desirable. The candidate will have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), analytical techniques, chocolate, confectionary or snacks technologies, research methodology and experience in projects process. Candidates should be comfortable operating laboratory, pilot plant and plant equipment and possess excellent math and computer skills.
Also, should be familiar on New Product process.
Substantial experience of dairy product research and development in an dairy environment. Strong understanding of principles of food chemistry and ingredients functionality is desirable. In-depth knowledge of dairy technology, sensory testing, and flavor applications Value Analysis Scope of work Operations/Manufacturing knowledge Regulatory and standards compliance Technical writing Research methodology Analytical techniques Ingredient supplier-based knowledge Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Scale-up/plant test process Ability to collaborate across regions, departments, and all levels of the organization
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s Degree in a related field required (Dairy Technologist or Graduate in Dairy Science)
