Inventory: Monitoring stock levels, updating inventory lists, and checking purchase orders against stock levels, ensuring supplies are available for production.

Goods movement: Overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods, issuing raw materials and other consumables to departments, dispatching goods, and verifying stock movements.

Transportation: Coordinating the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or distribution centers,.

Scheduling: Preparing delivery schedules and planning and scheduling shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers communication: Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Export Logistics: Managing export orders including order placement, stock & inventory planning, export documentation and coordinating logistics.

Compliance: Ensuring correctness of physical & SAP inventory, preparing shipping documentation (STO, E waybills, invoices, etc ) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reports: Creating reports and analyses for reporting to management.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements.

Any graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Stores & Logistics.

Knowledge in a cold supply chain operations is desirable.

SAP knowledge is a must (preferably MM Module).
