Preparation daily domestics dispatch plan as per the material availability and Marketing
clearances.
Making daily useful and workable MIS for deptt. regarding to both dispatch and FG
allocation.
Allocation of material to the respective transporters as per the contract zone.
Coordination with transporters for daily vehicle placement.
Data recording of vehicles and load allotment as per load ability of the product.
Preparation Delivery Order and shipment for the process of dispatch.
Coordination with the operation team for material readiness.
Preparation of various MIS related to Export & Domestic Dispatch.
Successfully handling the Railway Logistics of HR Coils & Containers movement at our siding.
Coordination with Service Centre team for day to day dispatch planning.
TAT analysis and close coordination with concern agencies to release the vehicles,
Frequently working with SAP & TMS.
