Job Description:

As a Releasing Engineer, will check drawings and engineering notices for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established Engineering Standards and practices.
Responsibilities
- The releaser is required to systematically review and check the new releases / Changes with conformance to CPPS and Business Unit requirements.
- Processing approving drawings and notices through EDS Teamcenter.
- Ensure Engineering notices are filled out properly and that they convey all necessary information to downstream partners and users.
- To produce optimum results in terms of timely completion of packages with high quality.
- Collaborate with product group Engineers and product change control coordinators
- To guide and provide solutions to Engineers and other groups on EDS releasing process and Releasing rejections.
Some of the other responsibility that includes collaboration with Global Engineers on Releasing practices and standards. Developing standard work instructions and deploying and updating the best practice process documents. Keep up to date of changes that are made to Corporate Product and Process Standards and Business unit releasing requirements.
Degree Requirement
- Associate or Bachelor degree in any Engineering curriculum
