Initially, you need to conduct a harvest test on the system, which will take one hour. After the harvest, you must provide an assessment. Prior to starting your assessment, you have two videos to watch. In the first video, you will learn about the company, and in the second video, you will understand what tasks will be expected of you. Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently had an interview for the AR Caller position. Although the process initially took a while to start, they eventually began and carried out a thorough filtering process. They were focused on finding candidates who could effectively handle US clients. Dharun was really helpful, even though I couldn’t make it on time; I requested to reschedule for the afternoon, and he kindly made it possible. The HR team's attitude was impressive, from the way they communicated to the guidance they provided. They handled everything smoothly and clearly explained the roles and responsibilities as I progressed to the second round.
