Nothing. Pathetic management, even worse company policies. They try to cut corners everywhere n put more workload onto the agents without compensating them at all as the management pockets all the rewards and makes the agents on the floor suffer.

Dislikes

Cannot call it an organization as nothing about it is organized. Extremely poor management and horrible administration. HR department does not seem to care about the issues the employees bring forward to them, no wonder Attrition rate is almost 90% in this company. Was not granted leave for shifting houses even though I had leave balance and had informed more than a month prior! This is just one incident among so many others. Horrible work atmosphere, all work is dumped onto the new agents and they are required to work 9:30hrs a day and sometimes 6 days a week with NO extra pay for OT and absolutely no holidays, national nor international. Compensation is pathetic, no work life balance, will never recommend this company to anyone! Please think twice before applying to any 24/7 in touch offers, it's not worth it if you're looking to build a good career with a good respectable company because they are not respectable at all.

Dislikes

Supervisor should be helpful in all the ways and make us comfortable while working. Unnecessary team huddle would help concentrate more on production.
