Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - On 16th November 2022, I went there for interview as scheduled for 12:30pm -3:30pm by HR. I reached office at 12:40 submit my resume and receive question paper and submit my answer around 1:15pm. Then I waited at reception and at 1:45 call HR to ask when interview will happen. Hr said interviewer/HR head is in some ad hoc onboarding meeting and will take 1 hour or could be more. After waiting 1 & half hour I left company at 2pm without any interview. Lesson from that experience are as below:

1)In my 6yrs of experience I have never come across such an unprofessional HR of company who invited me for interview and never showed up herself for interview.
2)They expect you to wait but when asked how long am I supposed to wait they can't tell & asked is there any guarantee that interview will happen today, junior HR wasn't able confirm as himself doesn't have any idea himself.
3) Total waste of time, money and whole day. They don't care & value candidates time and money.
4) When I asked Junior HR to rescheduled virtual interview if HR head can't or don't have time for face to face interview,he refused as that's not their policy and hr head will only take f2f interview but when you reach office she didn't not show up.
5) Junior HR lies about HR heads ad hoc meeting because onboarding of candidates are always pre-planned and scheduled by HR themselves.
6)I was stupid to ignore Google reviews of this company where candidates mentioned that they waited 3 hrs and no reason was provided for delay. Those reviews were 3 years ago and situation of interview in this company still looks same to me & didn't improve since then even HR changes during this time.
7) Junior HR was kind.
8)No one will share any information if you don't ask or call them yourself.
Advice to candidates:
1) Go to this company for interview at your own risk .
2)Take a whole day off if you are going for interview, they will literally consume full day without any guarantee if they will take interview.
3)If you have some other interview in some other company, I suggest you go there instead of wasting time here.
