Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Usually some one from TCS who is domain expert and senior level manager takes interview, You can say panel of 4-5 people/
Interview has to give in front of ONE TCS guy who be sitting next to you. in TCS office.

Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: Usually they give some scenarios and case study from which they judge you and your thoughts.
They might ask you same question from different different angle.
Tips: Try to be smart and polite while answering such question because this thing will not tell you in books or somewhere its all your experience you gain in past and what you learn.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: They will ask again and again why you choose or prefer to come in TCS, why you are leaving your job or earlier company. They will asked like other company HR do, TCS HR team is smart and bold. They try to find small small thing from you and your past experience.
Tips: Try to be more specific and clear what you expect from this JOb and where you would like see your self in next so and so year.
