Interview Questions

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: The verbal section had a single question, which was to type an e-mail to your project manager, telling her about the increased workload and tiring schedule and proposing a trecking trip to the Himalayas with the team.
The keywords were provided and the mail had to be constructed around the keywords.
The minimum word count was 50 and there was no maximum word limit.
The quantitative section was a bit challenging with the questions being based on your basic understanding of geometry, number system, ratio and proportion, time and work, speed and distance etc. There were a total of 20 questions and the time provided was 40 mins.
The programming theory had 10 questions where questions like "what will be the output?" and other basic theoretical questions were asked.
For the coding section, you had to write a program in C language within 20 mins.
The programs were relatively simple ones.
The program I had got was to check if a number is a palindrome or not.
Tips: Make sure your grammar and sentence building abilities are upto the mark.
For the quants section, be clear with the basics of all the concepts and remember the general formulas.
For the programming section, going through basic programming theories and simple coding questions would be of a lot of help.
Duration: 1 hour 35 minutes

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: The interview was a simple one. The panel was really friendly. There were 3 members in the panel and everything seemed to go well. I answered the questions confidently. Regarding JAVA, I did not answer 2 questions because I didn't know them.
