I applied via Approached by Company and was interviewed before Nov 2022. There were 5 interview rounds.
Useless. Since it is not actually required in the line of work. Projects are allocated randomly & in baseless manner.
Also terrible. The way they take test, give a problem, write only the piece of executable code, test the cases, if passed, you also pass.
This is not what is required in projects. They should take live projects case scenarios, like debugging code. Linking JDBC ODBC (or similar for other languages).

- Q1. Again, things that are asked here are of no significant. Interviewer is assigned randomly. Interviewer takes advantage of monopoly. Mostly good candidates are rejected and 'donkey' candidates are selected.
