Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 60

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Groups were selected randomly of 7 peoples.
As these topics are well knows and are most frequently asked GD topics, you should be aware of what IQ and EQ stands for, its okay if you choose to defend any one of them, the main trick is you should be able to express your points.
GD was initiated by me by giving a brief description about the topics and welcoming every one on the dice to share their views, I was very particular at not selecting any side yet, my focus was just to highlight myself by starting the topic and than collecting facts from other.
Later on I kept my points strongly with facts and examples and also made others believe at my point(Ex: IQ is more a first impression through which you can attract someone but EQ is for a longer term helps you build a long time relation).

Following on I also encouraged others who were less participating, showing how team managing skill and at the end I wide up the GD by giving the final thoughts.
Tips: Mantra For GD
Opening Speech
Control the GD by adding points in middle
Finish the discussion by giving the final thoughts.

Always remember its a discussion not a debate, make notes of other points it will help you to collect few more points and it will always come handy while giving the final thoughts about the topic.
Duration: 10 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The whole process of TTL lasted for 3 days, the final day of Personal Interview 10 were selected from 120 students who appeared for the test. 4 recruiters were present and the interview took place in 2 rooms, five candidates each.

Each interview lasted for nearly 30 min or more, the recruiters were very friendly but had keen eyes on errors or any lies/false information provided during the interview.

The interview process and question varied a bit as per the students as every student was from different stream, some BBA, B-tech, Hotel Management.

For B-tech students it was a bit tough as the recruiters were not so technically sound, which made hard for B-tech students to impress the recruiters as they too had only few questions for them.
Tips: Few points:
Points for grooming and hygiene.
No false data as the people sitting on the other side of the desk are more experienced and can easily differentiate the change in expression.
To the point answers with instances that occurred with you this years.
Keep it interactive ask more question(especially for B-tech)
Keep a smiling face.

Most Important: These interviews are just for measuring your skills people not selected should not be dishearten as there are many more to come.
Single interview cannot decide your future.

Skills: Knowledge About Industries, Knowledge About The Company, Subject Knowledge, Attention To Detail, Attitude, How Well You Can Handle Stress
