Key skills for the job
Should have around 3-6 years of work experience with at least last 2 years of work experience driving Account Based Marketing in an Engineering Services company or IT company for Aerospace business
Should have experience of delivering ABM campaigns for generating pipeline through cross sell and up sell.
Position is based out of Pune office and person would be required to work from office.
Key Objective of the Job:
Responsible and Accountable for developing and executing the ABM strategy for the Top Aerospace and IHM accounts working closely with Lead ABM Aero & IHM and sales and delivery and practice teams
Key Deliverables:
Facilitate ABM campaign planning workshops for Aerospace and IHM business.
Execute multi-channel ABM plans for assigned Accounts.
Develop and execute Aerospace and IHM campaign with design team
Generate qualified opportunity pipeline based on ABM campaigns.
Ensure achievement of Pipeline and Revenue goals for identified accounts.
Develop Industry marketing plan based on current capabilities and future.
Facilitate customer visits and innovation day.
Facilitate participate in Industry Events for engaging with relevant accounts.
Facilitate Analyst interactions
Specialized job competencies:
Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of working in ABM function of Engineering Services/IT industry.
Thorough understanding of Aerospace engineering industry and prior experience of Aerospace engineering marketing is preferred
Thorough understand of B2B marketing
Understanding of ABM tech stack / Martech including Marketing automation software
