Round: Test
Experience: The written test consisted of Aptitude,English,Quant Sections in the First paper. 30 questions were there.
Technical paper consisted of 30 more questions.
Psychometry test followed after that.
Tips: Psychometry test was very important as it was also a part of selection criteria. DON'T take it lightly.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The interview was very cordial. I gave the answers of 80% of the questions correctly.
Tips: DONOT Panic. Keep Calm and be confident in your body language.

Skill Tips: Assure them in your interview that you are compatible with their company and you will give your 100% for them.

Experience: The interviewer was impressed by my CV and recommended my profile to the HR.
Tips: Greet the interviewer properly. Prepare a interesting and precise "Introduction". Smile as you speak and speak slowly, with confidence. Prepare your CV well and back up every detail mentioned in it.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR told me that the previous interviewer has highly recommended me for the job and just had one doubt that if I'd be willing to work on assignments different from my preferred choice.
Tips: Stay calm and convince the HR that you'll stick around.

Round: Test
Experience: Tata Motors uses AMCAT to conduct the general aptitude tests. Aptitude consisted more of ratios and proportions and percentages. After this, there was a technical question section with 24 questions to be answered in 30 minutes. It consisted mainly of strength of materials, thermodynamics, manufacturing engineering(production technology). Followed b verbal and personality assessment
Tips: Just brush through all the basic mechanical 3rd and 4th semester portions. Questions required basic knowledge of terms to solve them
Duration: 90 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The interview lasted for about 20 minutes. The interviewers were very friendly and professional. I did not face any stress or tension while facing them.
