find the correct word
within the given time.

Sometimes you get a passage and then questions about that.

In the end you have to write an e-mail. (Subject of the email is provided)


General Tips: It doesn't really matter if you know the subject thoroughly because nobody knows everything.
You've to show that you're willing to work with them.
Your body gestures and the way you behave.
Remember that you're observed (under CCTV) even when you're waiting outside.
