This was a GD round. We were asked to setup a B2B meat business. Initially there were 6 of us. The discussion started on the value chain- where to procure from, where to store, and alike.
After 10-15 mins, they asked 3 people to leave. The rest of us were given individual areas to focus on then what would the revenue stream be, what would be the future opportunities, which parts of the value chain can be outsourced.
An in depth discussion of around 20-25 mins followed on the same. Possible bottlenecks were discovered and addressed.

We told about compulsory training (video modules) (local language as there might be communication issues), also incentives on the basis of gender-based ratings (stressing female passengers reviews more). I talked about running a campaign, e.g., #respectwomen, which would be on their dress, some sticker on the cab so that it keeps reminding the driver of his duties. Also, in their ads, they can show something of this sort.
