Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - According to my experience with this company was horrible because they are more interested in drinking and partying than structuring the organization system because it still follows the methods of 80's emotionally and professionally. The HR department is not transparent while recruiting the candidate and threat employees once they reach to work location. New ideas and implementation is never welcomed. No integrity and job security is not expected. Attrition rate is higher than employment rate. Employees are treated slave due to the internal culture of company. Dirty politics and unsafe for female employees. Each and every day people are tortured emotionally due to non-structural. HR department is the most unprofessional because they believe on drinking and partying late nights and if you are not interested in politics then they will target you.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
