Interview Questionnaire

1 Question

  • Q1. Can you sign 5 years contract with company.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. One should never sign such long period contact.. I will say not even for one year. Your continuation with company should remain open from both side.
2. Make sure financial well being of the company. Never join startups or small company. They can't make the salaries payment on time bcz they are more focussed on growth and expansion.
3. Before saying yes to the job... If possible talk to employees in addition to HR... Because HR might lie about office culture and on time salary payment. Also you can discuss with employees regarding top management attitude towards employees.
3. You must read the employment letter thoroughly before signing it.. like notice period available, penalty if notice period is not served, ESI and PF contribution by employers. Many employers are really cunning when it comes to their part of PF contribution... In orde to save their cost, they don't deduct your PF if your basic salary is greater than 15000 and therefore they are not obligated to pay PF contribution for you.. in this case you lose out on PF contribution from employers and therefore your CTC in this case will be lower as your employer is not intending to pay PF.
4. Most importantly as and when you enter the office for interview and you don't get a feel good factors like if boss is very high BP wala then you may get a feeling after seeing employees that there people in the surroundings are scared and pin drop silence where employees are working... This is sign that TOP management is saddiest people. You should be on alert to such organisations. In such places you lose your creative things and you might end become BP and sugar patients.
5. And all the above please don't go on sweet words of HR. They can make you land in hell. Kindly verify each and every factor and take all terms and conditions written in employment letter if you want something to be written.
6. Also importantly if you feel that you are not able to give your heart out after joining then resign asap bcz it will kill you the longer you stay,Forget your growth.
All the best!!!
