Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I had applied to Sri Technocrat for experience in Business Development (sales) because it is on of my subjects in my graduation. My resume was shortlisted because I was free in the duration. My resume had it all I guess, I had held positions where one has to show leadership quality and the person can communicate with the clients and with the members of the team. I was the Prefect in my school, founder and president of MUN club at the school level, I had shown my leadership quality in the JYEP (volunteer program) for the past 4 years and had good scores in 10th and 12th, so it was sure that I will be selected for this job.
Tips: Have good co-curricular activities, your experience counts even if you do small jobs and volunteer for projects, everything is important, it makes you grow as an individual and have a CV which is attractive, be it Sri Technocrat or any big MNCs, your CV should have things other than good marks.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was an interview, I had a good sleep last night, I was on time for the interview and was before everyone. In the interview stage, I felt confident and gave all the answers confidently. All the questions were straight forward ones and directly on your life and CV so if you know yourself well and the plans then you can pass that easily.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
What alternative documents can I provide for employment verification?

Experience: Its basically a 20 people gd. Every one gets a chance 1 by 1 to speak for and against the topic for just 1 or 1.5 minutes. Beleive me, and be precise
Tips: Be to the point
Say 1 point for and against and the best of the lot you have thought of
Duration: 2 hours

It is only a 2 to 3 minute interview if you are interviewd toeards the end and max 10 minutes if in the begining. Again be precise and relaxed, interviewere are chilled out people.
Tips: Keep it shortand simple. Be relaxed and fluent.
