Why you want to leave the existing job /organization?
Here many times Interviewee respond very hypothetically, whereas Interviewer expect you to be a little bit diplomatic and so you are expected to tell your individual growth without blaming your existing company.

Where you see yourself in the next 5/10years?
Here you can answer in terms of business growth of the company first followed by your expectations of higher profile.
