Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hi guys I am Deepak an ex-employee of Omega. Joined on october 18 Worked in a project called mercalis an short term project we had 45 days of training till November 15 and project finished in less then 20 days.From December 26 we were moved to bench for few days. They informed us to wait till the new project comes. After 15 days on Feb 5 we were put to an new project and training started but my old team member are still working on mercalis project only 5 people were moved to another team and did not inform us what project they are putting us or any other information about the new project I asked to an HR why did you put me in bench and now in a new team HR informed me that your production were poor our old project was active only for less than 20 days I asked her how can u judge a persons production in 20 days. From February 8 till training started and in few days there were an assessment where we need to clear the test our pass mark was 80 out of 100 we had 2 attempt I scored 79 in both of the test,i failed to pass the test.

Omega was my first job I had family commitment so I joined Omega waited for 4 months after getting a call of offer. Attended more then 3 separate interview probably more then 10 time I hav visited office in name of interview for diffrent team.and got one on ,February 21 I had assessment and I failed on February 22 I am getting an call from *****
I was traveling to office on cab I had call from raja saying that where are you Deepak I informed him that I'm on cab heading office he sead don't go to office you are terminated I sead I'm on my way to office he sead ok go office give ID card and leave office I went to office I informed hr about this and hr arranged me an call to rajarajacholan,he sead that according to company noms one who is not clearing assessment he must leave office I sead I am an ex employee Worked in other team you change me to other team, they informed according to company noms you need to leave office, I was working from october till February.they forced me to releave the company by signing proper documents.and informed me if you sign documents you will get your salary and your pf amount if not it ll be considered as upscond and then I signed the resignation letter and they informed me that they won't provide reliving letter.and informed me that in 45 days your whole settlement will get process.its may 18 2024 relived company on February 22 still I did not get my February month salary and settlement amount it's almost 3 Months and I did not get still Rajarajacholan.Manoharan
Saying I'm processing you salary from day 1 still I did not get. Last 3 months I had to face financial struggle because of Rajarajacholan.Manoharan words. I hav no experience letter or enough money to join Another company my time that I contributed for the company was total waste. I am not getting proper response from them #omegahealthcare.com I had to face so many struggle in 3 months. When I was working there were lot of people upscound from office I just got the reason why now.
They are still hiring people everyday and sending people everyday. .
