Omega healthcare is a good startup company for freshers and their training for freshers is very good and excellent , they will teach each and everything in medical billing and after preparing you they will place in production place . After we get experienced an year in Omega . The only issue is with salary , package will not be increased as per market value the incentive and appraisal will be given as per their terms and conditions . Very nice place to work , no pressure in job and especially thanks for my team " NextGen " . After quitting from omega candidates can get better offers and package since your startup company is from Omega healthcare .

My overall experience in Omega is worst. The only good thing I had is team mates and supportive team lead.

Dislikes

No free cab provided as it will be deducted from your salary. Too much of work pressure. Imposing lots of stress without caring about employees mental health and ability to finsh the work. No proper training provided.

Good managers and team leads, no problem there but not much salary or benefits, work environment is great theres no innovation.. Depending upon your team there will be some politics.. Hard to maintain work life balance as there was much to in ar rcm project

Not a great fresher salary, no cab and foods/snacks are below average least in omega

No proper incentives. No niteshift/food allowances, no free cab, no free snacks.. Salary is very very low. No proper US or client holidays. Need to work year round. So pathetic

Good Atmosphere and working environment, Cab and canteen, Salary is better and Lots of things to learn.

Work Pressure, extended shifts no bonus, Team are badly managed u are lucky if u have a good team.
