Oberoi Group of Hotels Interview Questions, Process, and Tips

Round: Group Discussion
Duration: 10 hours

Round: Group introduction
Experience: I was sent in the interview hall with 5 other candidates. We needed to introduce ourselves in front of each other. Introduction was like telling our names, hobbies, schooling, etc.
Tips: Be fluent, smart and clear.
Do not hesitate in speaking.
Even if you take a pause that's fine. Just go smooth

Round: Personal interview
Experience: I got in the room where the interviewer was sitting. He welcomed me inside.
He asked me to tell something about myself.
I told him my hobbies, the details of my parents,my school, etc
His 2nd question to me was "what do i think about your chief minister".
He then asked me about indo-pak relationship. He also asked me about jammu and Kashmir. The interviewer made a constant eye contact with me throughout the interview process. I was not able to know whether the answers i was answering were right or wrong. And yes i forgot to mention that i was sitting for the front office department

Tips: Make a constant eye contact when speaking to the interviewer.
Dont drag the words like'i was thinking that AAAA'. Look groomed and neat

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: This interview was held in the amarvillas hotel. Me and my friends traveled from Lucknow to agra.
The were two interviewers inside the room.They welcomed me and asked me about myself and some questions mentioned above.
I told them that i could sing. So they told me to sing a song
Tips: Be smart. Your voice should be of a guy who's born for the hospitality sector
