Technical, Test, and Product Director round and HR round
For salary negotiation, they wanted to downgrade my package by 35 percent
The time for the test round will be 1 week
Later they will introduce you to the 2 more rounds (after the salary and joining date discussion)
Round with CEO
Technical Round
The reason they gave for the surprise technical round even after the HR round is that they sometimes take this round and in this round their Sr producer said that he wanted to check my smartness as he only wanted to work with smart people, here he clearly showed he didn't believe his team's discussions and that's why he was taking this round with external tech guy (his friend) from Reliance Games.
They rejected me in this newly introduced tech round, anyways I decided not to join even if I got the offer letter ( which I was supposed to get after hr round)
Please don't fall into the traps of these guys, don't waste your weeks here, it is the worst interview process I have ever seen.

- Company background research
I did my research -
Got to know from their 5 employee-
Employee at mid level ,salary are delayed, project loads are high as 1 person handle task of many people due to low resources. Cost cutting is so high that they only give 1 time coffee,not even breakfast or lunch. Few have been asked that they cant give them hikes so if they wish to leave they are free to do so.
My points
At first my offer was given for senior posting then after i recieved the letter it was a mid level position,when asked they said after checking my performance they will give an appraisal after 6 months but till then ill have to work with this with my senior responsibilities as currently Im already a Senior at my current position. But they were not ready to put it on mail so no way i could refer that too only verbally.
After i still tried working on this they asked me resign first before sharing the ctc and then they will give me. It all felt like a scam so dropped of the offer. Will suggest take these things carefully
